Gentle Healing Support After Narcissistic and Emotional Abuse

A compassionate space to understand what happened, rebuild self-trust, and gently return to yourself.

Welcome, I’m Linda Meier, a Healing and Recovery Coach for survivors of narcissistic and emotional abuse.

I support people who are healing from self-doubt, people-pleasing, emotional confusion, guilt, unhealthy boundaries, and the deep ache of feeling unseen or unheard.

If you're tired of constantly walking on eggshells and second-guessing your own judgment, please take a deep breath. You're safe here.

Healthy Mind, Healthy You is a supportive space for survivors of narcissistic abuse, emotional abuse, and people-pleasing.

Recovery isn't about rushing to "fix" everything overnight; it's about giving your nervous system permission to rest, heal, and recalibrate.

Together, we'll gently process the pain, untangle old survival patterns, and help you safely come home to yourself.

My work offers a gentle space where you can begin to understand your experiences, reconnect with your needs, and rebuild trust in yourself, one steady step at a time.

You don't have to carry this alone. Together, we'll gently rebuild your confidence, and help you find your peace again.

Meet Your Coach

I have walked this path, too.

Welcome, I’m Linda. I support survivors of narcissistic and emotional abuse who are healing from self-doubt, people-pleasing, guilt, and the deep ache of feeling unseen.

If something in this message resonates with you, you're warmly invited to book your complimentary 20-minute Safety & Clarity call.

This gentle conversation is a space to explore where you are in your healing journey and what you may need as you begin, or continue, finding your way back to yourself.

My path to becoming a Healing and Recovery Coach began with my own journey through the fog of emotional abuse.

I know firsthand the exhausting confusion of being gaslit, the guilt of people-pleasing, and the deep grief of losing your own identity to keep the peace.

Having done the quiet, gentle work to rebuild my own life and nervous system, I'm deeply passionate about guiding others out of survival mode.

I combine my specialized training with genuine, lived empathy to provide the safe, judgment-free anchorage you deserve as you reclaim your voice and come home to yourself.

This space may be for you if…

🍃 You often question yourself, even when you know something hurt.
🍃 You feel responsible for other people’s moods, reactions, or comfort.
🍃 You struggle to say no without guilt.
🍃 You over-explain, apologize, or keep the peace to feel safe.
🍃 You feel disconnected from your voice, needs, or identity.
🍃 You are ready to understand what happened and begin healing at your own pace.

My work offers a gentle, non-judgmental space where you can begin to understand your experiences, reconnect with your needs, and rebuild trust in yourself one steady step at a time.

Healing Support At Your Pace

Healing from emotional abuse is a deeply personal process, and you get to move at a pace that feels safe for you.

You don't need to have all the answers before reaching out. You may simply know that something has felt heavy, confusing, or painful for a long time, and that you're ready to begin understanding it with more care and compassion.

My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, steadiness, and support as you begin making sense of what you have experienced.

Together, we can gently explore the patterns that left you questioning yourself, softening your voice, or carrying emotions that were never yours to hold.

This work isn't about rushing your healing or forcing you to “move on.”

It's about creating a compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and validated as you begin rebuilding self-trust, reconnecting with your needs, and finding your way back to yourself.

A gentle space to feel seen, supported, and reconnected with yourself.

Is This You?

Many survivors have spent years feeling responsible for other people's moods, reactions, and comfort. Over time, this can lead to over-explaining, people-pleasing, guilt, weak boundaries, and a deep disconnection from yourself.
