Media & Features

Through interviews, publications, podcasts, panels, and speaking opportunities, I share conversations about moving forward after narcissistic and emotional abuse, rebuilding self-trust, and returning to yourself.

My work is rooted in helping others feel seen, understood, and less alone as they reconnect with their voice, needs, boundaries, and sense of identity.

This page brings together some of the places where my story, work, and message have been shared, along with conversations that reflect the heart of the support I offer and the journey of reconnecting with yourself.

Becoming: A Decision

I’m honoured to be a contributing author in Becoming: A Decision, an anthology filled with honest stories of courage, transformation, and personal growth.

Writing my chapter invited me to revisit parts of my story that were painful, tender, and deeply personal. It allowed me to reflect on what it means to stop abandoning yourself, question the beliefs you've carried for years, and begin listening to your own voice with greater trust and compassion.

At the heart of my chapter is a message I hope readers carry with them: protecting your peace isn't selfish. Choosing yourself doesn't make you unkind. Sometimes, it's the first brave step toward freedom, self-trust, and finding your way back to who you are.

Sharing the Heart Behind My Chapter

I recently recorded an interview about my chapter in the new anthology, Becoming: A Decision.

At the heart of my chapter is the courage to choose yourself after years of carrying fear, guilt, and emotional responsibility that never belonged to you.

During the interview, I shared more about leaving an unhealthy environment, reclaiming my voice, and slowly building a life grounded in peace, safety, and self-trust.

I hope this story reaches anyone who has ever felt responsible for someone else’s emotions and reminds them that they're allowed to choose themselves.
