I’m excited to introduce Thirty Minutes for You, a new biweekly live conversation series created to offer a gentle space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Our first conversation takes place on September 29 and will explore a question many of us quietly ask: Why Do I Keep Second-Guessing Myself?

With each new conversation, we’ll explore a different aspect of emotional wellness through honest, supportive, and practical discussions.

Each 30-minute conversation is designed to help you better understand the patterns you may carry, reconnect with your own voice, and consider small choices that support your well-being.

Our first conversation will explore a question many people quietly ask themselves:

Why Do I Keep Second-Guessing Myself?

If you’ve ever quietly wondered, “Why do I keep second-guessing myself?” you’re not alone.

Perhaps you replay conversations, look to others for reassurance, or change your answer when someone appears disappointed.

You may know what you think or feel, yet still struggle to trust yourself.

For those who have experienced emotional or narcissistic abuse, second-guessing may be more than ordinary uncertainty.

Repeated criticism, dismissal, contradiction, or control can condition us to distrust our own experiences and give greater authority to someone else’s voice.

But you can gently reclaim self-trust, one small choice at a time.

During our first Thirty Minutes for You conversation, we’ll explore how second-guessing develops and how we can begin listening to our own knowledge, feelings, and needs with greater confidence and compassion.
